Window and Door Installer

Hello fellow investors,

I am lookng to replace some windows on one of my properties and am looking for a reliable and proven window/door installer in the Greater Toronto area (north east end of the city preferred like Markham, Richmond Hill, Pickering, Scarborough). With all of these "fly by nighters" floating around in this industry it is hard to trust anyone of these so called experts that come to your house with all of their opinions, facts, deals and claims. Can anyone recommend a contractor who is tried, tested and proven in their installation and offers quality made windows and that has actually been around for more than 10 years under the same name?

Contractor Chess is from Thornhill and you can reach him at 416-564-1607 - I`ve had him put in doors and windows for me many times and have used on probably close to a thousand jobs over the years - but he`s a general contractor not a specialized window company - so if your replacing a few windows he`d be good but if your doing thirty for a house he wouldn`t be well suited.
