We have all learned about building a great team to be successful, but what if deep down we felt small and believed we did not deserve an ALL STAR team, no matter how many courses or seminars on Team building you would only grow a team to match what you deeply think you are worth?

So many times we have professional team members and do not now how to ask the right questions or how to deal with them in the way they need to be dealt with. Our mind chatter may be telling us we know nothing , or simply believe you can`t be rich, or whatever the limiting mind set is. It definitely effects building an ALL STAR team.

When I started investing I thought I had a great team, I did not have the reference point I have today and have refined my team as I personally developed and grew.

I am doing a 9 part blog series on building an ALL STAR team while investing in Real Estate. With the main team member, "ourselves" yourself as the Catalyst and most important part. I am doing this blog not as a Guru but as a fellow investor hoping to ad the value to people that may be building or refining their investment team.

This is a great idea, I completely agree with you that teams should evolve over time just as we as investors evolve. I look forward to reading this blog series.

This is a great topic and I look forward to reading the series.

I would add just after "Ourselves" it`s our "Family". (That has been my experience.)

As this journey will undoubtly affect our families it`s important that they be "on-board" 100% so that they are there for support when the road gets bumpy.
Full disclosure to them is important and will keep you sane when unexpected surprises arise.
