If you had $100,000 today where would you invest it?

I picked real estate because I really want to get some properties so would spend most of the 100K on that however I have made some nice little capital gains playing the stock market a bit, so would love a little more play money for the markets! So maybe 80K on real estate then 20K on stocks and all the capital gains from that then to real estate!
