I highly recommend Nanaimo realtor, Cec Wiseman. I bought two investment properties in Nanaimo's Old City area through him in 1997 and 2005 and sold one through him in 2010. He was also my property manager for a few years. He owns investment properties and has been in real estate sales in Nanaimo for years.
