Neighbour Letter

Hello,



Does anyone have a letter they have provided to the neighbours of a recently purchased property that introduces you/your company and provides the neighbour with your contact information?



I had a look in the critical forms section and was unable to locate anything like this.

I think doing something like that is a personal choice, and not a critical form. Personally, I would caution against giving out personal info to neighbours. You may end up with a cranky neighbour bugging you about every little thing your tenant does. Rather, screen your tenants well, and make sure you are not an absentee landlord. My 2 cents.

If doing, go in person with card...... For many people there can be prejudice against having a rental property near them... Even if your house is always well maintained and has great residents...Notifying the neighbours that it is a rental property overseen by a distant letter writing landlord might not always be the best approach.
