Mortgage brokers in Durham region, what do lenders need to see for Multi family dwellings?

Greetings;

I am forming a team to do some triplex (minimum number of doors) or larger,(considering a six plex) buying. Please advise as to the best way to "sell" the deal to prospective lenders? I have access to capital with some JV partners and seeking more. Eager to get going.
