Hi folks,

I`m taking possession of my first condo-townhouse rental property and was wondering what was necessary from a fire protection perspective? Thus far I`ve planned on installing a smoke detector in the main floor hall, second floor hall and install fire extinguishers in the kitchen and the second floor closet. Is this sufficient? Are CO2 detectors needed? Anything else I should know?

Thanks in advance.

Carbon Monoxide detectors are necessary on main and bottom floor. Smoke detectors, one on each floor.
