What is everyone`s thoughts on the recent stats in BC / Vancouver showing prices up (very slightly) the past few months?
Sign of recovery? Or a dead-cat bounce?
I realize most people on this board are long-term buy,hold, etc. just wanted some expert thoughts. I think in general, most of Vancouver is still way overpriced, considering income levels, rent and the returns you`d expect....
