Firstly, I would like to thank everyone on this forum because I have been a lurker for a few months now and have gained valuable knowledge from many of you, whether you were aware of it or not.
I am a canadian citizen that will hopefully be receiving an investors visa in the US within the next few weeks.
I really enjoy viewing this forum and have learnt a lot about canadian real estate and I am wondering if any of you know of a similar program/forum for US real estate?
I tried the ``rich dad poor dad`` seminars a few months ago but it was not even close to what I was looking for. In their defense, I did not stick to the program.
Yes...I do own cashflow the game...laugh if you must.
I did find the book `rich dad poor dad` very motivating, but I was left in the dark about what to do with that motivation.
So, Im hoping some of you can point me in the right direction in terms of real estate programs offered in the US with similar substance and ideologies as this network.
