This week I read the book on RTO from Mark Loeffler; it was a good read.
However, I was a little confused at the end. How do you deal with a situation where the pre-negotiated purchase price is higher than the appraisal value at the time of the sale? Or what do you do when the house is appraised at less than what you have initially bought it for?
