If you have a smaller house with a garage in a decent area for sale on a rent to own. I have have a quality applicant. My guy has excellant credit history and $15 000 for a down payment. He would like to buy now but is haveing trouble qualifing because he has been out of the country for over a year and shows no income for that time.
