I am looking for a real estate agent in the Durham area with their own personal experience as well as client experience in investment properties(must have quite a few under your belt). I do not have any properties as of yet but looking to have someone with the expert knowledge needed to guide me through the process. If anyone has knowledge of someone in the area please let me know.
