Port Hardy

Does anyone have any information regarding Port Hardy? Would anyone invest there? I have been trying to complete my due diligence on the town because I have an opportunity there. I understand that the economy there depends on fishing, lumber, and mining, all of which are declining, but when you have a very small, isolated town like this, how do you complete your due diligence?

Any help would be great.

Invest only if you are local and manage the local asset very tightly ..

look for in-migration from retirees or new jobs or new projects .. do you see those ? [I do not ..]
