Personal Cash Flow Summary

Hello,

I`m currently getting my Investor Binder ready and I have a couple questions:

1) Do I include my rental properties income and rental expenses (including mortgage) in my personal cash flow summary?
2) Does anyone have a cover letter example I could see?

Hello Tony,

In your Cash Flow Statement just include your personal inflows (salary and wages, interest received from GIC or other cash investment, etc) and your outflows (mortgage of your residential property, automobile, home insurance, etc).
The information regarding your rental properties go in another spreadsheet with rent, mortgage, property tax, etc...

Do not include rental properties and personal together.
