Multifamily in Armstrong

Given one of the top 10 investment towns being Vernon BC, there is a new hwy that has just gone into Armstrong which has cut commute times considerably and creating somewhat of a bedroom community. Is there anyone out there with thoughts about Armstrong with a 5-10 year view relative to other markets?
