Hey,
A very good friend and I have decided to go into business together with our real estate investments. We have been friends for awhile and I`ll like to keep it that way - I suspect one way to do this is to be clear who will be responsible for what, when and how often. I also want to be clear on the terms of the partnership and what happens when there is a disagreement or if one of the partners wants out. My friendship is really important... does anyone have any existing partnership documents we might be able to use as a template to get us started?
