Great company to run check credit with

I just used a great company to run my first credit checks on prospective tenants. They are called Creditco and are based out of B.C. (I`m in Ontario.) Their website is www.creditco.ca

I submitted the initial requirements to them on day 1. They contacted me by phone within 24 hours for additional documentation. Within 24 hours of all documents being submitted to them, I had my credit reports back. They called me to provide me with my user name & password to access my credit reports. Within an hour of my account being set up, I had my credit reports.

Everything was basically done within 48 hours of my initial contact with them. Of course, this is because I emailed them every requirement immediately, but as long as you provide everything they are asking for, they are quick and efficient.

There is absolutely no set up or membership fee, and they charge $21.95 per credit check.

First question that comes to mind is what is the size and range of there LL/data base. How many bad tenants are actually reported and what is the probability that your tenant applicant is on there?
Have any REIN members reported bad tenants?

If I understand it correctly, tenchek, is not a credit check company. Is that correct?

I hadn`t looked at tencheck before, but they also look easy to use.

I was provided with a credit history, ratings, beacon score etc... Standard credit bureau stuff.

I was impressed with their speed, and their professionalism, and their cost vs. another company I signed up with who charged $82.00 just for the membership, and 5 days after submitting my application, I was no further ahead than I was on day 1.
