Atlantic Canada Mortgage Broker?

My son, who lives in Halifax, attended the Toronto QuickStart in April. He is beginning to look at New Brunswick as his investing opportunity.

Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker in Atlantic Canada?

Hi Dan,

The Location of the mortgage broker is not always the key. If you have a good one in Ontario that understands RE investing and your sons plans then distance really doesn`t matter.

I am living in Halifax and am looking to meet up with other RE investors and am also looking at St John - waiting for the deal to close!
