Hi, i can`t find any information on historic housing price for Niagara Falls. Any links? What do you think about around Epwoth circle? How much would a house in good shape have cost 10 years ago. What do think in 5 or 10 years a value around here might increase by, Not some much? Any advice on...

I was think about downsizing to Niagara Falls, seems like a nice house is around 125K. I`m thinking that the a place like Niagara Fall is a safe investment that should appreciate nicely in 10 to 20 years. I`m a bit worried about being bored out of mind but i guess Toronto is 1.5 hr drive away...
