Once you read the fine print and realize who is making money guaranteed (Weeks and co.) and that the 'investor' carries all the risk of loss and CRA audit, why would anyone want to put money in? Bottom line...the scheme relies on the herd instinct, and on the 'investors' laziness in performing...
