Matthew was born & raised in Barrie…At the age of 18 years old, Matthew bought his first Investment property – A four bedroom townhome 2 mins from Georgian College for $87,500 (Keep in mind this was 1996)…Then at the age of 21, Matthew obtained his real estate license (now a Broker) & teamed up with Robert & Karen Johnston to form “The Johnston Team” – A well respected “Real Estate family” in the Community of Barrie that’s achieved numerous awards at Royal Lepage First Contact Realty.
As the years went on, Matthew continued to purchase Investment properties & now holds a large inventory including – Multi-Unit commercial, Multi-Unit Residential, Single Family & College rentals.
