I am looking to buy a basic accounting software package for my Mac. Unfortunately, Quickbooks only offers an online version for Mac users (at a cost of $108 annually). Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am planning to renovate our triplex in the Danforth/Woodbine area of Toronto this August. Work will include new kitchen, bathroom, flooring for upper apartment and possible conversion from electric heat to forced air. Can someone recommend a contractor please?
