I am a business owner in Hamilton, ON as well as being a real estate investor since 2001. I have purchased 9 investment properties, 4 of which I still own and manage. I am looking to start investing in multi-family properties, but I would like to partner with an investor with experience in this area. I not only have over 10 years experience running a business, but I also have 10 years experience in real estate investing, and about eight years experience in project management, working in the automotive industry doing quality assurance and product engineering. I believe that this experience will assist me in advancing to this new level of investing.

I got my license as a realtor in Hamilton in December 2012. My goal is to work with investors, both as a realtor and as a potential partner.
