Arh~ I wish had read this post long ago... I just bought my 1st apartment condo...1 bedroom..in Edmonton Strathcona area..1 block from Whyte Ave Now I think I might have made a wrong move after reading this post, I should have bought a house! My closing date is Dec 15th..now I am not as excited...
