I took my Edmonton multi-family portfolio over to Desjardins Insurance this year. Saved me $45K in annual premiums.

Does a Judgement Search only cover the particular province being searched, or are they Canada wide? Thanks for sharing this very valuable tip. David

Try calling Les at Roth`s painting 780-699-3980. They recently completed a complete repaint of my hallways and stairwells in my 12 suite apartment building. They did an excellent job. I had comparable quotes for up to 3 times his price. It realy pays to shop around!
