Married and its gets better every day. Incidentally, real estate investing is an excellent way for my wife and I to spend quality time doing something we both enjoy!
Christian ...and life is slowly becoming what I want it to be.
A real estate fanatic. I was the kid who ALWAYS won monopoly as a child--I tried to invest my money in the stock market in 7th grade (unsuccessfully due to my parents fear that i would lose it). I was always pretty sharp and smart. Because of that, I did well in school when I was motivated. Then I found out that school grades mean nothing in the real world! I figure it's probably high time that I use this brain of mine to make money instead of a high GPA.
We buy properties for Rent-to-Own tenants in appreciating markets with a focus on high cashflow.
I'm currently a pastor at a church...which means my salary is pretty low for financing, but I wouldn't change a thing!
I have a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Classical Studies and I spent 2.5 years in the U.S. Army Infantry of which 7 months were in IRAQ during the recent war (Operation Iraqi Freedom, March - November 2003).
